Immediate Action Required – Current CYO Participants
A new Concussion Policy/Procedure has been released by the Diocese of Oakland. All current CYO participants and their parents are required to read the Concussion Information Sheet, sign it and submit it to their CYO coaches. These forms are required to be filed immediately.
Coaches will be providing these to all their players. If you did not received one, you can download it here or from the “Forms & Registration” page.
