Open Board Positions for the 2010 – 2011 season!
The following board positions are currently vacant for the 2010-2011 season. The OLG community would be blessed if you contributed your talents to this very important ministry of the Church. Send an email announcing your interest to olg-cyo@comcast.net
Secretary
- Consult Athletic Director for preparation of board meeting agendas
- Schedule and communicate board meeting dates/times to all board members
- Record minutes for board meetings
- Prepare and deliver electronic and paper-based communications to OLG CYO community, as necessary
- Appoint a substitute, as necessary
Assistant Cheerleading Director
- Assist Cheerleading Director in preparation of cheerleader registration materials and events
- Assist Cheerleading Director in compilation of all completed registration packets and file storage
- Assist Cheerleading Director in ordering and record keeping for cheerleading uniforms
- Assist Cheerleading Director in scheduling practices and games attendance
